Years ago I didn't think much of the flowers around me. I knew I enjoyed them but didn't realise how incredibly important native plants are! To create space to encourage these beautiful birds, butterflies, and bees to watch daily was just one great thing that came from replacing our grass with native plants.

I began my resin journey creating art and jewelry with the native wildflowers and plants cultivated by my wonderful husband. He is the true mastermind behind my complete love of the outdoors. When he had a vision to turn our front yard from the typical sterile American grass pasture to a busy native habitat, I thought he was crazy! But now I am sold on these native plants! Together we plant seeds, and create habitats on anyone's land that will allow us!
